IPIT Call Logger
IPIT Call Logger is an extremely powerful call analysis application. Using the information extracted from the Swyxware CDR, Call Logger enables you to monitor your business telephone use to measure staff performance, carryout cost analysis and identify potential abuse.
The straight forward design and simple approach to configuring and scheduling reports puts you back in control. View individual, departments or cost centre usage, measure the effectiveness of a marketing campaign or use it to manage your call centre staff.
The built in wallboard capability allows both high level statistics to be displayed, as well as dynamic detailed Agent utilisation.
Adding the IPIT Call Recorder option enables simple "click to play" of recorded calls.
