Swyxware Call Recording
Call recording is often a regulatory requirement, but is also very useful for staff training and ensuring that customer service levels are maintained.
SwyxMonitor gives you the option of recording all calls on a Trunk, declaring an extension range or individual users. With the addition of the SwyxRecord Option Pack, you are able to give your staff the ability to initiate call recoding at any time during a conversation.
Recording can be started by a single click if they are using the SwyxIT Softphone (not available if SwyxIT is in CTI mode) or by a
predetermined key sequence if they are using a Swyx desktop phone.
Typically a one minute call will take up 81kb of disk space - although at the expense of sound quality a higher level of compression can be used to reduce your storage requirements.
