Pre-sales Support
Our reseller partners have full use of our demonstration suite that is based in the heart of the City of London. The suite is neutrally branded as a Swyx facility and is fully equipped will the full Swyx product range. Through using this facility it is possible to demonstrate the latest version of Swyxware in addition to MyCallCenter and other applications that further enhance the Swyxware platform. The Demonstration Suite is often in use and requires pre-booking. Our reseller partners can use the Partner Pages of this site to check its availability.
Design Services
It is always best to engage us in a potential sales opportunity as early as possible to ensure consistency throughout the sales cycle. We are able to assist with tender responses and general sales proposals. IPIT has an established response process that has been refined over a number of years based on experience and success.
Our consultants are available to carry out site surveys either as part of a project engagement, or as one off due diligence service.
Deployment and Project Management
IPIT can either be used simply to provide highly experienced technical staff or can be engaged to deliver the whole project from start to finish. When we are responsible for the delivery of the entire project, we use an established Project Management methodology that is based on Prince II principles.
