Legacy Support

Within IPIT we have technical skills that enable us to offer support on IP telephony platforms other than Swyxware,  including Avaya, Toshiba and Mitel.

SIP Trunks

SIP trunks are often troublesome to configure correctly, and although there are many different SIP trunk providers in the UK, most of them lack experience in connecting to Swyxware. This can lead to dropped calls, loss of ringing tone and one way audio. IPIT works closely with a market leading UK SIP trunk provider to ensure your customers can gain the benefits of cheap SIP call rates and a perfect call experience.

By sourcing SIP trunks from IPIT our Partners benefit from having the solution that will work, and a generous recurring income stream from the call revenue.

Custom Wallboards

IPIT has developed numerous customised dynamic wallboards. Virtually any statistical data can be displayed on a customer branded background. Wallboard information can also be embedded in the SwyxIT skin if required.
